Design a Difference

The Echo Project is looking for inspired graphic designers
to bring our central message of ‘Sounds of Progress’ to life.


The contest Deadline has been extended till September 15th!!


What do I do?

Come up with a killer design. You can either design for front and back (2 files) or front only (1 file). Entrants are
asked to provide an initial submission file for judging purposes only – we will request the original work should you
win the competition. Limited to 3 submissions per person.

Save out a submission file (per side) which adheres to the following:

  1. Design includes the Echo Project Logo [download here]
  2. Must be printable on an A4 sheet [297×209mm, allowing for 10mm margins].
  3. Submission files for judging should be no larger than 5MB total, and must be in JPEG, or PNG formats.
    Original files may be much larger than the files submitted for judging, but must be in TIFF, PSD, EPS, or AI format.
  4. Minimum resolution of 300dpi. CMYK. No gradients.

How do I submit?

Submissions must be received by midnight EST Sunday September 15, 2007 and must include all of the following:

Your art file(s) and a text file containing your name, phone number, email address.

If your submission contains multiple files a note indicating where the elements are intended to be placed on the T-Shirt.

What do I win

The winner of the contest will be announced on September 20, 2007.

The winning design will be produced as a t-shirt and sold at the festival and on The Echo Project website.

The winner will also receive a 3 Day VIP experience pass for the festival.


What are the rules?

By entering the contest, you acknowledge full and unconditional acceptance and agreement of the contest rules.

Design will be printed A4 (maximum) onto white t-shirts using full color printing.

All work must be free of copyright, and therefore may not include any trademarked or otherwise copyrighted materials.

Designs must not be offensive in nature. Duh.

By submitting your design you are giving The Echo Project non-exclusive rights to use the image for promotional materials.
